Demystifying Zoning

February 3, 2016

We worked with the City Council’s Land Use Division to demystify the rezoning process of the Mayor’s Mandatory Inclusionary Housing (MIH) & Zoning for Quality and Affordability (ZQA).

Our explaner has become the authority on what this rezoning means for New Yorkers, what process is, and how residents can get involved.
