Council Members each have an office at 250 Broadway.

All Council hearings are open to the public. If you would like to attend a hearing or watch it live, view the schedule here.
Entering City Hall
If you are visiting City Hall to attend a hearing, please come prepared to enter through NYPD security and metal detectors. When you arrive, let the NYPD know which hearing you are attending. Food, beverage containers and signs larger than 8.5” by 11” are not permitted in the hearing rooms at City Hall.
Entering 250 Broadway
If you are visiting 250 Broadway to attend a hearing, please bring ID and come prepared to enter through security and metal detectors. Each floor has Sergeant-at-Arms so feel free to address to them any questions or concerns you may have. Food, beverage containers and signs larger than 8.5” by 11” are not permitted in the hearing rooms at City Hall.
