Monday 1/22, 2–3 pm, online: Living Well Digitally: Ride Easy with Reduced-Fare OMNY. The MTA plans to phase out MetroCards this year; on this Zoom, reps from the MTA will explain the new OMNY system and how customers can continue to participate in the Reduced-Fare program with the new technology. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session. Sponsored by DOROT and co-sponsored by my office. Register at the link.

Thursday, 2/15, 6–7pm (doors 5:45 pm), Goddard Riverside (593 Columbus @88th St): FDNY CPR Training in honor of American Heart Month. Bystanders using Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation increase survival rates for victims of cardiac arrest by maintaining blood flow to the heart and brain until help arrives. Show the love by learning how to utilize compression-only CPR in an emergency. I’m sponsoring this clinic with Goddard Riverside and the FDNY. All are welcome—no age restrictions. (It’s a great teen project!). Please RSVP at the first link or call my District Office at 212-873-0282.
