BROOKLYN, NY – On this very solemn day, International Holocaust Remembrance Day, we reflect on the moment when darkness and despair turned into hope as millions were liberated from the Auschwitz death camp 75 years ago.
Hate can only prevail in the absence of humanity, which is why we must remain forever united against all forms of anti-Semitism.

Nearly sixty years ago, civil rights activist Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. shared his dreams of equality, freedom, economic and civil rights in our nation’s capital. Sadly, those dreams remain largely unfulfilled as we continue to grapple with discrimination and prejudice.
