A 311 mobile application could allow parents to check public school closures, drivers to find out alternate side parking rules for the day, or constituents to send emails to their Council Members – all from their mobile device.

Initiative Will Help New York City Combat Nursing Shortage

Quinn and CUNY Executive Vice Chancellor Alexandra Logue today announced plans to create 100 additional nurses each year for New York City for the next five years.
