The Council Member has a number of charter-mandated obligations that supersede all external meeting requests, such as Stated Meetings, Committee Meetings, and other activities at City Hall. To invite the Council Member to an event or to request a meeting, please email District45@council.nyc.gov with a detailed description of the purpose for the engagement. The office will make every effort to fulfill the request but may request to send a representative to your event or have the meeting with staff.
For special events, the Council Member is able provide City Council citations and journal letters to recognize persons who give exemplary service to their communities, whether through unique personal achievement in their professional or other endeavors or simply through a lifetime of philanthropy and community service. Please complete this form at least one week prior to the event to ensure timely processing.
