Council Member Hanif Secured 100 Affordable Units, 40% Affordability for Windsor Terrace through the rezoning, marking one of the highest proportions of affordable housing for a private ULURP application without public subsidies in city history

New York, NY—In a significant step toward addressing New York City’s housing crisis, the City Council has approved the modified zoning application for 441 and 467 Prospect Avenue Rezoning, also known as the Arrow Linen proposal in Windsor Terrace.
