We recommend that you file a 311 Complaint or DOT Complaint Form (if applicable) on your issue and reach out to our office with the 311 complaint number(s), photos, addresses, or cross streets related to the issue.

Our team has revamped our approach to providing constituent services. Now, specific staff members are assigned to neighborhoods within the district. On Fridays, we partner with CUNY Citizenship Now! in Kensington (118 Beverley Road, Basement, Brooklyn, NY 11218) to help community members with immigration-related issues from 10 AM to 4 PM. To make an appointment for services, please call 646-664-9400 or 212-652-2071.
