Inside City Hall – Councilwoman Shahana Hanif joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” on Tuesday to talk about some of her legislative priorities. She weighed in on President Joe Biden’s planned visit to the city later this week, saying that she would like him to tour Rikers Island to witness first-hand the deplorable conditions inside the jail complex.
