Council Member Hanif represents the 39th Council District in Brooklyn which includes Kensington, Windsor Terrace, Park Slope, Gowanus, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill,  the Columbia Waterfront and portions of Boerum Hill and Borough Park.
