CITY HALL – On Monday, March 24th, the Council’s Committee on State and Federal Legislation will hold an oversight hearing to discuss the recommendations made by the New York City Traffic Congestion Mitigation Commission. The commission, which released its final report on January 31st, was asked to analyze the costs and benefits of various plans to reduce traffic congestion in New York City and to formulate a final set of recommendations for the actions the city should take.
