City Hall, NY – Today, the Council voted on legislation to expand career pipelines into the municipal workforce. One bill requires the Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) to establish a civil service ambassador program that provides educational materials to populations that would benefit from joining the civil service and learning about the its examination process.
