All organizations requesting FY 25 discretionary expense funding from Council Member Feliz should complete the supplemental application at their earliest convenience.

In order to be eligible for funds, organizations must complete two applications:

1. FY25 Expense Application (City-wide)
   • Deadline: Tuesday, February 20, 2024
   • For any issues or questions regarding the FY 2025 application, please contact discretionary@council.nyc.gov
2. FY25 Supplementary Application (Member-specific)
   • Deadline: February 26, 2024

Organizations interested in receiving funds from the Black, Latino, and Asian Caucus (BLAC) must complete the following application:

1. FY25 Discretionary Funding Supplemental Form
   • Deadline: March 1st
   • Any questions regarding this application must be referred to BLAcaucus@council.nyc.gov

Non-city entities requesting FY 25 discretionary capital funding from Council Member Feliz must submit the supplemental application at their earliest convenience

Much like discretionary funds, in order for proposals to be considered two applications must be submitted:

1. CapGrants Application
   • There are two deadlines for this application
     • February 22^nd , 2024 : applies if your project requests any funding from Borough Presidents (including those groups that are also requesting funding from the Council or Department of Cultural Affairs)
     • March 21^st , 2024: applies if your project is only requesting funding from the Council and/or the Department of Cultural Affairs
2. Supplementary Applications (Member-specific);
   • For Schools
   • For non-City entities/non-profits (due February 26)
