Councilmember Lynn Schulman, left, on July 31 presented a City Council proclamation to longtime NYC Health + Hospitals/Queens risk manager Andrea Crawford in recognition of her retirement following 30 years of dedicated service there.
A longtime Kew Gardens resident and community advocate, Crawford was honored for her decades of commitment to the hospital, located in Jamaica Hills, and the patients, staff and community she served throughout her career.
Crawford also is a longtime civic activist and member of Community Board 9.
Schulman thanked Crawford for her extraordinary service and wished her all the best in her retirement.
