The City Council is expected to hold a hearing Wednesday for “Romanch’s Law”

The legislation, if adopted, would phase out horse carriages in the five boroughs.

Ahead of that hearing, Council Member Lynn Schulman joined “Weekends on 1” to discuss why she signed on as co-sponsor.
