Important Deadlines:
Discretionary Funding Application: Submit by Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 5 p.m. Applications submitted after this deadline will not be eligible for funding.
Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for discretionary expense funding, all organizations must:
- Have a valid, active EIN (not revoked).
- Be registered and in good standing with the New York State Charities Bureau.
- Be a registered not-for-profit organization.
- Submit the FY26 Discretionary Funding application.
- Complete and submit required forms, including:
- Certificate of Authorization
- Conflicts of Interest Disclosure
- Affiliation Disclosures

Deadlines for Capital Funding Applications:
- City Council-Only Projects: Submit by Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 5 p.m.
- Joint Borough President and City Council Projects: Submit by Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 5 p.m.
At this time, we are NOT scheduling meeting requests but will follow up once applications are reviewed.
