Our office is a resource for District 18 community members seeking assistance with City services and local supports. Our community liaisons provide casework assistance, referrals, and help connecting people to appropriate programs and organizations. / Nuestra oficina es un recurso para los miembros de la comunidad del Distrito 18 que buscan asistencia con servicios de la ciudad y apoyos locales. Our office provides hands-on assistance to help residents stabilize their housing, access benefits, and navigate urgent financial challenges.

  Direct help applying for NYCHA housing, completing annual recertifications, and resolving NYCHA-related issues.
• SNAP Applications or Recertifications
  Step-by-step support applying for SNAP benefits or renewing existing benefits.
• NYC Housing Connect
  Assistance creating accounts, applying for affordable housing lotteries, uploading documents, and tracking application status.
• One Shot Deal Applications
  Help applying for emergency rental assistance to prevent eviction or utility shutoffs.
