Applicants seeking Capital or Discretionary Funding must complete the Supplemental Form linked below:

Capital Grants Deadlines

Projects requesting both Borough President and City Council funding
Date: February 19
Time: All applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM

Projects requesting only City Council funding
Date: March 19
Time: All applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM

Discretionary Funding Deadline

Date: Wednesday, February 18, 2026
Time: 6:00 PM
