Non-City organizations applying for Fiscal Year 2026 capital funding may now download and submit applications at the CapGrants portal. All groups should submit their completed applications through this portal. 

The Capital Funding application deadline is Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 5:00 PM. However, for those who wish to apply to both the City Council and the Bronx Borough President, applications must be completed by Thursday, February 20, 2025 at 5:00 PM.
