Please be advised that all not-for-profit community-based organizations that wish to apply for discretionary funding must submit a Council Application. The submission deadline is Wednesday, February 18th, 2026 @ 6:00PM. If a Council application is not submitted within the filing period, the community-based organization will not be eligible for funding. You can find the link to the application below.
