Organizations requesting FY 27 discretionary expense funding from Council Member Feliz should complete the supplemental application at their earliest convenience.

In order to be eligible for funds from our office, organizations must complete two applications:

1. FY27 Expense Application
   • Deadline: February 18^th, 2026 at 6:00 PM
   • For any issues or questions regarding the FY 2026 application, please contact discretionary@council.nyc.gov
2. FY27 Supplementary Application (required for applicants that did not receive funds in FY26)
   • Deadline: March 31^st, 2026

Non-city entities requesting FY 27 Discretionary Capital Funding from Council Member Feliz must submit the supplemental application at their earliest convenience

Similarly to expense funds, in order for proposals to be considered two applications must be submitted:

1. CapGrants Application
   • There are two deadlines for this application
     • February 19^th, 2026 at 5:00 PM : applies if your project requests any funding from Borough Presidents (including those groups that are also requesting funding from the Council or Department of Cultural Affairs)
     • March 19^th, 2026 at 5:00 PM: applies if your project is only requesting funding from the Council and/or the Department of Cultural Affairs
2. Supplementary Applications (Member-specific);
   • Non-city/Not-for-profit Entities
     • Rolling Deadline: February 27^th, 2026
   • Schools
     • Deadline: March 20^th, 2026

Organizations interested in receiving funds from the Black, Latino, and Asian Caucus (BLAC) must complete the following application:

1. FY27 Discretionary Funding Supplemental Form
   • Deadline: TBD
   • Any questions regarding this application must be referred to BLAcaucus@council.nyc.gov
