Help shape the vision
The Park-Webster Neighborhood Plan is a community-driven initiative led by Council Member Oswald Feliz as part of a broader effort championed by Council Speaker Julie Menin to strengthen local planning and community engagement across New York City.
The planning process will bring together residents, businesses, community organizations, and stakeholders to develop a shared vision for the future of the Park and Webster Avenue corridors.
Through this effort, the community will identify opportunities to:
Support local businesses and economic growth
Improve neighborhood services and amenities
Expand housing opportunities, including pathways to homeownership
Enhance streets, public spaces, and neighborhood connections
Promote cleaner, safer, and more welcoming public spaces
