The most helpful supporting materials include a brief summary of the organization’s mission, a brief overview of the services provided in or to constituents of District 17 and your Blackbaud Application ID. For organizations with multiple requests, please list the relevant application ID’s with a single sentence outlining the purpose of funds that corresponds with each request.
