New York City’s success hinges on advancing solutions for New Yorkers whose needs have too often been marginalized. Expanding opportunities for our historically underserved communities is an investment in the success of everyone in our city. To be successful, we must center the needs of women, who make up 60% of our city’s frontline workforce, and people of color, who are three out of every four frontline workers.
