Participatory Budgeting has begun! Each year, we allocate $1 million from our office\u2019s budget to community-voted projects. In years past, we\u2019ve funded tree plantings, renovations in our schools, upgrades for Elmhurst Hospital, and more! <\/p>\n

Last fall, we collected ideas<\/a>, and over the last several months, volunteers have used city agency feedback to transform these ideas into capital project proposals. <\/p>\n

Now through April 19th, you\u2019ll get to vote for these proposals if you live, work, or study in District 25 and are at least 11 years old! Voting week takes place April 11-19. Voting sites will be all across our district, or you can also vote\u00a0online<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This year, you can vote for five of the following projects:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
