After all, this was not the first time the funding for community composting has been cut; it was&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.biocycle.net\/new-york-city-council-restores-funding-for-nyc-compost-project\/\">suspended for 14 months during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For now, the return of funding is being celebrated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cToday, we celebrate these wins.
