A moment of silence will honor cyclists lost in the past year, followed by a celebratory bell ringing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the service, from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm, there will be a free helmet giveaway sponsored by Council Member&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.harlemworldmagazine.com\/?s=Shaun+Abreu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shaun Abreu<\/a>.
