There is no offset for the $15 billion MTA capital plan nor any vision as to how we chart the path forward. Our city sorely needs resources to address these significant infrastructure issues, not symbolic gestures and political stunts that carry vast policy implications.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While I understand the concerns of outerborough residents seeking to enter the central business district for critical services not found locally, I remain actively engaged with the MTA to address these issues.
