New Yorkers enjoy a proud tradition of celebrating diversity and we will not stand for these cowardly attacks. I thank the NYPD Hate Crimes task force for their swift action, and urge anyone with information to contact the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1 -866-313-TIPS.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Council Member Brad Lander:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis despicable act of anti-Semitism pains our community, but brings us together.  I urge the NYPD to arrest and prosecute those responsible for this hateful crime.
