NYC\u2019s biotech industry has seen a 14 percent growth in firms city wide and is doing better than the national trend for employment within the sector. We applaud Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, Senate Majority Leader Dean G. Skelos, Assemblyman David I. Weprin, and Senators Martin J.
