No one should face discrimination in the work place because of who they are, or who they love, and ENDA is a critical piece of legislation that will ensure equal treatment for all citizens.<\/p>\n<p>The Senate\u2019s passage of ENDA, on the heels of DOMA\u2019s demise earlier this year, is another sign that our nation is embarking on a new chapter of equality.
