The administration also announced it will shift the focus of its 15/15 Supportive Housing Initiative to focus solely on congregate, single-site units. Mayor Adams also announced $7.6 million for the Anti-Harassment Tenant Protection (AHTP) program, $24 million to expand the Partners in Preservation program to support tenant organizing, and an expansion of the Homeowner Help Desk—all of which were priorities secured in the Council’s City for All housing plan.
