Instead, these undocumented-Americans are in limbo because of lawsuits without merit, which have put the administrative relief plan on hold \u2013 to the detriment of millions. <\/p>\n<p>President Obama\u2019s administrative relief plan is constitutional, long-needed and continues a long tradition of executive action on immigration going back several presidencies.  For too long this country has urgently needed comprehensive immigration reforms and instead of working with the President, Republicans across the country would rather file frivolous lawsuits, which only further block critical action from happening.
