Although the current Administration has launched a relentless assault on women\u2019s rights, New Yorkers believe in these deeply entrenched rights \u2013 and we will do everything in our power to defend them. The Council will continue to support and enact legislation that helps make life in our city easier for women, while also advocating for improved policies at the state and federal level.
