By passing the DREAM Act, the Assembly is allowing our youth to live up to their highest potential and contribute to the success of our state. And by adopting the New York State Liberty Act, the Assembly is ensuring that all New Yorkers as well as our immigrants\u2014who are part of the social fabric of this state\u2014can proudly live out of the shadows.
