Ross, for her work in this case. This conviction is a testament to the idea that anyone who commits a crime motivated by hate or bias will be punished to the full extent of the law. It shows once again that our City sees diversity as its greatest strength.<\/p>\n<p>The death of Edgar Garzon will forever remain a tragedy.
