When you consider the wealth of resources at our disposal \u2013 research facilities, medical centers and a tremendously diverse talent pool \u2013 the real question is: why aren\u2019t we at the front of this field already? <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Enacting this tax credit will begin our City\u2019s effort to lead the way when it comes to emerging bio-technologies.
