Coordinate $15,000 in Donations for Impacted Families of 1915 Billingsley Terrace<\/h2>\n<p>(Bronx, New York) \u2013 This morning Council Member Pierina Sanchez, courtesy of Bethenny Frankel\u2019s #Bstrong initiative, partnered with Global Empowerment Mission (G.E.M.) to distribute $15,000 in cash-filled gift cards to the households impacted by the 1915 Billingsley Terrace partial building collapse. The joint initiative is part of a coordinated effort to support families with immediate needs as the Council Member continues to coordinate permanent housing assistance in the aftermath of this tragic event.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am heartened by the outpour of support the families have received in the last few days, and this donation from G.E.Ms will provide much-needed financial relief to those affected by the 1915 Billingsley Terrace building collapse,&#8221; said Council Member Pierina Sanchez. &#8220;The collaboration between my office and BStrong reflects our shared commitment to helping our community members during challenging times.
