FY27"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Organizations requesting FY 27 discretionary <strong><strong><em>expense<\/em><\/strong><\/strong> funding from Council Member Feliz should complete the supplemental application at their earliest convenience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In order to be eligible for funds from our office, organizations must complete <strong>two <\/strong>applications:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bbgm-apply.yourcausegrants.com\/apply\/auth\/signin\">FY27 Expense Application<\/a>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deadline: <strong>February 18<sup>th<\/sup>, 2026 at 6:00 PM<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>For any issues or questions regarding the FY 2026 application, please contact&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:discretionary@council.nyc.gov\"><strong>discretionary@council.nyc.gov<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/Pages\/ResponsePage.aspx?id=SH9iCmVrfkWUN3M-Tf3b5oi7sxoF1XhDnVHRBLWnkHxUNTZLUFEyU05KRFlDUDZYNE5NREo3T0I0WCQlQCN0PWcu\">FY27 Supplementary Application<\/a> (<em>required for applicants that did not receive funds in FY26<\/em>)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deadline: <strong>March 31<sup>st<\/sup>, 2026<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Non-city entities requesting FY 27 Discretionary Capital Funding from Council Member Feliz must submit the supplemental application at their earliest convenience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Similarly to expense funds, in order for proposals to be considered <strong>two <\/strong>applications must be submitted:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyc.gov\/site\/capitalgrants\/capgrants-portal\/capgrants-portal.page\">CapGrants Application<\/a>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There are <strong>two<\/strong> deadlines for this application\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>February 19<sup>th<\/sup>, 2026 at 5:00 PM :<\/strong>&nbsp;applies if your project requests any funding from Borough Presidents (including those groups that are also requesting funding from the Council or Department of Cultural Affairs)<\/li>\n<li><strong>March 19<sup>th<\/sup>, 2026 at 5:00 PM:<\/strong>&nbsp;applies if your project is only requesting funding from the Council and\/or the Department of Cultural Affairs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Supplementary Applications (Member-specific);\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/Pages\/ResponsePage.aspx?id=SH9iCmVrfkWUN3M-Tf3b5oi7sxoF1XhDnVHRBLWnkHxUNTZLUFEyU05KRFlDUDZYNE5NREo3T0I0WCQlQCN0PWcu\">Non-city\/Not-for-profit Entities<\/a>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rolling Deadline: <strong>February 27<sup>th<\/sup>, 2026<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/Pages\/ResponsePage.aspx?id=SH9iCmVrfkWUN3M-Tf3b5gCBUe4dLvhAhl9x-MdGlZ9UMFFUVjdFMDA3RERKODFVOVk5VUQ1WFFWVy4u\">Schools<\/a>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deadline: <strong>March 20<sup>th<\/sup>, 2026<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Organizations interested in receiving funds from the Black, Latino, and Asian Caucus (BLAC) must complete the following application: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>FY27 Discretionary Funding Supplemental Form\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deadline: <strong>TBD <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Any questions regarding this application must be referred to BLAcaucus@council.nyc.gov<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">If you are seeking information on an existing allocation or contract from  <em>FY23 &#8211;
