Residents are suffering from hazardous environmental<br \/>conditions, rat infestations, mold, falling ceilings, urine in elevators, and broken<br \/>doors&#8221;, said Council Member Farah Louis. \u201cClipper Equity is a culprit amongst this<br \/>city&#8217;s worst landlords, and they need to do right by their tenants.
