FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE<\/strong><\/p>\n NEW YORK, NY \u2013 Today, The City Council passed a resolution (Res. No. 0581A-2023<\/a>) introduced by Council Member Eric Dinowitz. The resolution recognizes the month of November as Veteran Appreciation Month in New York City.<\/p>\n “The pure bravery of those who put their lives on the line to ensure that we are safe and that our values are protected deserve our deepest gratitude,\u201d said Council Member Dinowitz<\/strong>. \u201cI am committed to supporting, protecting, and recognizing our veterans, and with the passage of this resolution, we are taking one more step in ensuring that our veterans get the recognition they deserve.
