Gibson hosted a joint ribbon cutting event to celebrate the newly renovated John F. Kennedy Campus Athletic Fields in the Bronx. <\/p>\n The JFK Campus Athletic Fields are utilized by several high schools across the Bronx and serve thousands of Bronx students. As a $5 million joint investment between Council Member Eric Dinowitz, Council Member Carmen De La Rosa, Bronx Borough President Vanessa Gibson, and NYC Council Speaker Adrienne Adams, these renovated fields will provide high-quality outdoor space for thousands of Bronx students, and are expected to host regular practices, games, and community events, providing a safe and inclusive space for youth to grow and play the sports they enjoy.<\/p>\n \u201cOur Bronx students deserve world-class facilities.
