The first report should capture data from the first three quarters of\u00a0<strong>Fiscal Year 2026 (July 1, 2025 \u2013 March 31, 2026)<\/strong>, as well as background and general information about the organization\u2019s work pertaining to the specific initiative. The second report will capture data from the full\u00a0<strong>Fiscal Year 2026 (July 1, 2025 \u2013 June 30, 2026)<\/strong>\u00a0and will be in the summer of 2026. You can access the initiative reporting forms below by using the drop down menu, typing a keyword or selecting a program area. For questions, please email the analyst listed on the respective form.
