It is administered by the Department of Social Services (DSS), which includes both the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyc.gov\/assets\/hra\/downloads\/pdf\/services\/homelessness-prevention\/homebase\/homebase-flyer-bronx.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a>Department of Homeless Services (DHS) and the Human Resources Administration (HRA)<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyc.gov\/site\/hra\/help\/cityfheps.page\">CityFHEPS &#8211; HRA. <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Can I get CityFHEPS?<br \/>To be eligible for CityFHEPS, households must have a gross income at or below 200% of the<br \/>federal poverty level and meet one of the following four (4) criteria:<br \/>1. The household includes someone who served in the U.S. Armed Forces and is at risk of<br \/>homelessness; OR<br \/>2. The household gets Pathway Home benefits and would be eligible for CityFHEPS if they<br \/>were in DHS or HRA shelter; OR<br \/>3. The household was referred by a CityFHEPS qualifying program, and DSS determined<br \/>that CityFHEPS was needed to avoid shelter entry; OR<br \/>4.
