The Department of City Planning is currently in the second phase:\u00a0<strong>Zoning for Economic Opportunity<\/strong>\u00a0(ZEO).<\/p>\n<p>ZEO began review in October 2023. Community Boards and Borough Presidents have offered their recommendations, and the CPC held a public hearing in January.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our office has received a large number of questions regarding these proposed changes under ZEO.
