FY 2011 Council Funding: Queens Delegation

If you are seeking city funding this year (FY2011), you are invited to submit application materials to the Queens Delegation of the New York City Council.  Please note the deadline dates listed below.

Expense Funding

  • Queens Delegation Funding: There is no formal application process to be considered for Queens Delegation Funding. Upon submitting a completed application to a Member of the Queens Delegation, you will automatically be considered for this Funding. Please contact the individual Council Member to ascertain their deadline.
  • Queens Delegation Expense Priority Application: If you have submitted an application for funding to a Member of the Queens Delegation, you are invited to submit a Queens Delegation Expense Priority Application. This one-page application is for organizations who would like support from the Queens Delegation and who provide programs and services to at least THREE City Council Districts in the Borough of Queens. The deadline for this application is Wednesday, March 31st, 2010. Please submit to Queens Delegation, c/o Council Member Leroy Comrie, 250 Broadway, Suite 1865, New York, NY 10007.

Capital Funding

In order to be eligible to receive capital funding from the Queens Delegation, all groups are required to submit two items by Monday, April 5, 2010: (1) a completed Queens Delegation Capital Request Form and (2) a Non-City Capital Form (if applicable). The Non-City Capital Form must be submitted ELECTRONICALLY by April 5, 2010. The Queens Delegation Capital Request Form should be sent to the Queens Delegation, c/o Council Member Leroy Comrie, 250 Broadway, Suite 1865, NY, NY 10007 by April 5, 2010. This form can be submitted in paper format. Note that a group may make both an expense and a capital request. Please do not include any additional pages or materials with your submission.
