FY 2010 Council Funding: Bronx Delegation
If you are seeking city funding this year (FY2010), you are invited to submit application materials to the Bronx Delegation of the New York City Council. Please note the deadline dates listed below.
As in past years, the Bronx Delegation will receive capital funding proposals from a variety of organizations. In order to accommodate the large number of organizations expected to apply, each agency will be asked to provide materials to the Bronx Delegation detailing plans for city funding. This spring, the Bronx Delegation is required to submit its capital decisions to Council Finance by April 24, 2009. Therefore we will be holding our annual hearings.
To request capital funding from the Delegation, please submit a completed capital funding form and Non-City Capital Form (if applicable) to the Bronx Delegation, c/o Council Member Maria Baez, 250 Broadway, 17th Floor, NY, NY 10007. The documents must be delivered together and received by Friday, April 3, 2009. All organizations requesting capital money for non-city owned buildings must complete the Non City Capital Request Form, also available on the New York City Council's website. Note that a group may only make capital request to the Bronx Delegation. Groups seeking expense funding are urged to meet individually with members of the Bronx Delegation. Please do not include more than a one (1) page synopsis with your submission.
