Below is the link for the Fiscal Year 2012 Non-City Capital Application. Please follow the link to the application and follow the instructions completely. Applications to the Council are Due by April 8, 2011. After April 8, 2011 no more applications will be accepted. This is an online application,do NOT mail a hard copy. If you are applying to the Borough President or DCA, please be advised their application deadline is March 2.
For not-for-profit cultural organizations requesting City capital funds from NY City Council through the FY12 Capital Funding Request process. Note: the FY12 Capital Request form for Cultural Organizations provides space for a City Council request, but does not allow for individual City Council Members and/or multiple City Council Delegation requests.
During the online FY12 Capital Request upload process, cultural organizations should flag their individual Council Members or specific Delegation on the request.
If you have already submitted online, you are not required to amend your City Council request.
All organizations should follow up with a letter and phone call to the relevant City Council Members or Delegation to inform them of your FY12 Capital Funding Request, and specifically, that you have requested FY12 capital funds from them.
Expense Funding The FY 2012 expense application is now available. Please read the instructions below, and the instructions included with the application carefully before working on the application. The same application is used to apply to an individual Member, the Speaker, or for a Council Initiative.
IMPORTANT: You must complete the entire application in one session. Do NOT close the browser window or navigate away from the page until you have finished and submitted the application. Though you must finish in one session, you will not be timed out of the application. You may go back to a previously finished section to make changes.
Please consult the checklist which will provide you with everything you will need to have in order to complete the application. It is highly recommended that you print a copy of the checklist and compile all the necessary information before beginning the application.
Do NOT mail a copy of the application to the members office or to the Finance division. Please print a copy of your application for your records.
